Eric is a climate career coach, product leader, and former educator who helps mission-driven professionals pivot into meaningful climate work.

He brings a unique blend of experience across climate startups (Afresh), top tech companies (Google, Adobe), education nonprofits (Khan Academy), and strategy consulting (BCG). While most of his background is in product , he’s also worked in program management, marketing, and strategy roles, giving him a broad skill set.

As the founder of Green Career Coach, Eric has helped hundreds of professionals, from VPs & Directors to postdoc researchers, navigate the career transition land roles across carbon accounting, electrification, environmental nonprofits, and more. His clients often come to him feeling stuck or unsure of where to start. Through personalized guidance, proven strategies, and a deep understanding of both climate and career transitions, Eric helps them move forward with clarity, confidence, and empathy.

These days, he’s focused on building accessible tools and resources that make climate career transitions possible for more people, regardless of background or budget.
